In honor of gay pride, I would like to put forth this public education piece…

Have you heard some people say, “What do I tell my kid if they see two men or two women kissing in the street?”

I give you this example. My ex and I were hanging out with one of my coworkers and his kid was there. My ex and I kissed briefly, as couples do. The four year old kid asked me, “Why did you kiss that other girl?”

I answered, “Because I love her.”

The kid said, “oh”. He proceeded to eat his fries.

It was that easy. I just wanted to help if anyone was still stumped with that one.
